We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. To start a return, email us at velvetspectra1963@yahoo.com with your order number and reason.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’ll swap it — just reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send you the right fit.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
